We’re currently awaiting a building permit from the City of Houston before we can begin the 8-10 week construction of our brewery and taproom space. In the meantime, we have received our state and federal brewers permits, and our 15-barrel brewhouse is in production. We hope to have our doors open by early summer 2017.
The taproom portion of our facility will be 2240 SQ FT. It will be air-conditioned.
We’ve purchased a 15-barrel two-vessel brewhouse with steam heat and semi-automation from Alpha Brewing Operations. We’ll be doing double brews into 30-barrel fermenters.
We closed out our private placement funding round in April 2016 and are no longer taking new investors.
